The tourist industry in Loen has organised a historic walk through Bødal,where you can see the sites of old farms and get an overview of the entire Bødal community as it was until 1936. Bødal was a vibrant and well-developed farm cluster and its inhabitants were hard-working and talented people. The farmers in Bødal were relatively well off by the standards of the time. We wish you a nice walk through what was once a lively farming community. Start the walk by the commemorative plaque and information board in Bødal. Unveiled in 1937, the plaque features the names of those whoperished in both accidents, including those who lost their lives in Lovatnet-Lake.
